Whitney C. Kubik is firmly committed to representing those who have been charged or convicted of a criminal offense. After graduating from Oklahoma Baptist University, she began her career in criminal justice writing policies and procedures for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (formerly and commonly known as TDC) in Huntsville, Texas. Additionally, she received a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University.
While working for the prison system, Whitney noticed how people accused or convicted of crimes were often overlooked or ignored by those in a position to help them. Shortly after graduating from SHSU, Whitney enrolled at South Texas College of Law with the goal of becoming a criminal defense attorney. She is passionate about being a voice for those that are ignored and cast aside, because of a mistake or a wrongful accusation.
Whitney excelled in law school, and she graduated Cum Laude in 2013. She will use her extensive knowledge of the criminal justice system to help her clients and their families navigate through what can be an incredibly cold and difficult system. She is committed to listening to her clients and will work hard for them to get others to listen.
